ADD-ONS

SCHOOL GROUP ATTENDANCE

We welcome attendance from school groups, including students under the age of 18, to participate in the conference. All student attendees must be accompanied by a sufficient number of supervising adults (i.e teachers and guardians), with current Working With Children qualifications.

Please note there is a minimum supervision ratio of 1 adult per 5 students.

Important notes:

  • All attendees, including students and accompanying adults, must be paid registrants for the conference.

  • Students must be supervised at all times throughout the event.

  • Responsibility for the supervision, behaviour, and welfare of students lies entirely with the attending school and its nominated supervisors.

  • The Conference Organisers (ASN Events) and RACI will not be held responsible for the care or supervision of any underage attendees.

For international schools, all attendees must hold valid visas and comply fully with Australian Government and immigration laws in order to attend.

If you are planning to bring a school group, please contact the conference organisers in advance to discuss arrangements.
