ACCEPTED PRESENTERS

If you have been accepted to present at RACI 2026, please refer to the notification email sent to you for your specific session details, including date, time, room, and talk duration.

The sections below outline what you need to do before the conference.

ORAL PRESENTERS

ACCEPT & REGISTER

Your acceptance is conditional on holding a valid conference registration.

If you have not yet registered, please register via your registration dashboard:

Please note that if your abstract has at least one registered presenting author, non-registered presenting authors may be removed from the program.

PREPARE YOUR PRESENTATION

  • Refer to your notification email for your session name, date, room, and talk duration

  • All presentations must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Keep slides simple: minimal text, clear headings, and strong visuals

  • Aim for one key message per slide

  • Allow adequate time for audience Q&A

SPEAKER PREPARATION ROOM

All presentations must be submitted to the Speaker Preparation Room at least one full session prior to your presentation — not in your session room.

  • Location: Just below the Riverside Theatre

  • Opening Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM

ONSITE INFORMATION

  • Familiarise yourself with your presentation room and session chair (available in the online program and app)

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before your session starts

  • Talks will be preloaded to your room; floating technicians will be available onsite

UPLOAD YOUR BIO & PHOTO

Please upload a recent photo and short biography (max. 150 words) via your registration dashboard. This will appear in the online program, conference app, and will be used by session chairs for introductions.

ORAL PRESENTERS

PLEASE NOTE

  • Poster numbers will be reassigned in the coming month. Please disregard any previous poster allocation details.

  • Some oral presentations have also been scheduled as poster presentations. If you received two notifications, you will be required to present in both formats.

POSTER SESSIONS

Poster sessions will be held on Tuesday 7 July and Thursday 9 July. Your allocated session will be confirmed once the program is finalised — please refer to your notification email for updates.

PREPARING YOUR POSTER

  • Maximum size: 1m wide × 1.2m high (A0 portrait)

  • Allow adequate margins if laminating

  • Posters must be mounted in your allocated space prior to your session (Velcro provided)
